工程

The Associate in 工程 program is designed for students desiring to pursue a four-year engineering degree. The degree plan includes required general education and prerequisite courses that are acceptable to all state funded Bachelor of 工程 programs. Students who follow the degree progression plan will meet the entrance requirements at all of the North Carolina public Bachelor of Science 工程 programs. Associate in 工程 graduates may then apply to any of these programs without taking additional and sometimes duplicate courses. Admission to 工程 programs is highly competitive and admission is not guaranteed.

焊接

The 焊接 Technology curriculum provides students with a sound understanding of the science, 技术, and applications essential for successful employment in the welding and metalworking industry.

Graduates of the 焊接 Technology curriculum may be employed as entry-level technicians in welding and metalworking industries. Career opportunities also exist in construction, 制造业, 制造, 销售, 质量控制, 监督, and welding-related self-employment.
